Ingredients
  

  • 8 tbsp Arabica coffee beans (Freshly roasted, medium grind)
  • 4 cups Filtered water (Heated to 195-205°F)

Equipment

  • 1 Coffee grinder (Burr grinder recommended for consistency)
  • 1 Coffee maker (Choose your preferred brewing method (drip, French press, etc.)
  • 1 Kettle (Gooseneck kettle ideal for pour-over methods)
  • 1 Thermometer (For monitoring water temperature)

Method
 

  1. Grind the Arabica coffee beans to a medium grind, or as required by your brewing method.
  2. Heat the filtered water to 195-205 °F and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Measure 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for every 6 ounces (0.23 kg) of water.
  4. Brew using your chosen method (drip coffee maker, French press, pour-over, or AeroPress).
  5. Serve your freshly brewed coffee in a pre-warmed mug and enjoy!

Notes

For best results:
  • Use freshly roasted Arabica beans and grind them just before brewing.
  • Store beans in an airtight container away from light and moisture.
